To enter the unlock code:

          Insert any SIM card.
  • Press the Berry button (menu) and select Manage Connections
  • Turn off all Connections
  • Press the Berry button (menu) and  select Options
  • Go to Advanced options
  • Go to SIM card
  • Press the Berry button (menu) and select Show Keypad
  • Turn the phone sideways
  • Type in MEPD
  • Then type in MEP2 (nothing will show on screen when entering this)
  • The box will display where you should enter the unlock code we provided.  This screen also shows the number of attempts you have to unlock.
  • Press the Enter/Return button on the keypad, and you will get the 'Code Accepted' message.
  • You should see Network is Inactive.
