Obviously using an "unknown" service and from contacting another company first and having paid for a code to unlock our phone we were slightly worried about paying for something which was then going to be sent to us. i was very happy with your service, the only recommendation would be as follows. I had a phone that did not meet the quick turnaround you promised. I realised that when i saw on the order ticket that a second ticket had been opened and then when i went back to your web site i found the documentation that sometimes it could take up to a week (I think) to unlock a phone... and you did and i was very happy none the less... but it would have been nice to recieve an email when the second ticket was opened at your site.. kind of like an update.... but i am still happy with the service...
